Basement Finish

We transformed this unfinished basement into a functional and cozy space, which includes a guest bedroom with large closet and ensuite bath, a family room/flex space, enclosed mechanical room, and unfinished storage room. The scope of the project included: framing; mechanical, electrical, and plumbing modifications; insulation; drywall; new doors, baseboards, and trim; paint; tile; carpet; and bathroom fixtures.
